  • Overview

    Our client is a leading service supply management company established since 1995.  They are a high touch distributed services company that is building to the next level of growth.  This is an opportunity to come in as a Marketing Specialist and partner with the sales team, operations, and management to develop campaigns, create new media and print ads, develop and drive SEO, and provide oversight for company social media


    Engage and work with various team members to design, develop and produce various PowerPoint presentations for usage in interacting with current and potential clients.

    • Help support corporate communications including:

    External communications and systems including the company website

    Public relations efforts including press releases

    Oversight for company social media

    Produce various internal communications to the employees relating to ongoing company initiatives.

    Development of public speaking content and online resources

    • Develop and drive SEO/Content activities on all websites
    • Develop and publish SEO-rich content for our websites
    • Use SEO principles and keyword research to create effective titles and copy
    • Develop and write ongoing Blogs for publication to the company website
    • Design and produce print ads for industry publications
    • Manage the company’s relationship with various trade organizations to maximize the company’s


    • Organize and manage the company’s trade show attendance, including all aspects of registration, booth

    selection, shipping, set up and tear down.

    • Attend various industry related trade shows as part of the business development team, when requested.
    • Develop, organize and manage focused advertising campaigns.
    • Edit and re-write contributed content, as needed
    • Research and develop industry specific content
    • Ensure that content is refreshed per established schedules and is engaging to the audience
    • Facilitate and maintain social media presence and platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Hands-on optimization, including: improving site structure, page construction, content, keyword search, and SEO copywriting






    • BS/BA in Marketing or related field
    • Minimum 4-8 years marketing experience at a small to mid-size professional services organization
    • Experience with new media and internet advertising
    • Detail-oriented with a budget and timeline mindset that serves the need to manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Must have strong creative and technical writing skills
    • Ability to self motivate and take initiative towards identifying new marketing opportunities.
    • The drive to learn quickly and expand responsibilities
    • Ability to effectively work within a team environment and perform under time constraints
    • Experience with the following: Google Analytics/Search Console/AdWords, Bing Webmaster Tools, Project Management tools Microsoft office, etc
