    We are seeking an experienced National Signage Operations Manager.  This newly created position will join a leading existing Facility Maintenance company to create, develop and manage a Signage Division.  We are looking for a candidate that will be able to join a fast-paced team, help develop and oversee processes around Signage.

    • In a role as a subject matter expert, support the sales team in the entire life cycle of the sales process, including participating in sales calls, sales meetings and trade shows where applicable.
    • In a role as a subject matter expert, support the pricing team in responding to RFI’s and RFP’s, with a focus on building out all pricing strategies in response to those bid opportunities.
    • All operations will report to you, where you will be responsible to ensure all operations are carried out in the most appropriate, cost-effective way possible.
    • Create, implement and continually improve operational management systems, processes and industry best practices
    • Develop and maintain relationships with material suppliers both locally and nationally.
    • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
    • Review financial data provided by Finance and our own operating systems to ensure profitability goals are met and or achieved
    • Create and manage budgets and forecasts
    • Perform quality controls either in-person or by leveraging existing resources within the company
    • Support the recruiting, training and development of the staff who will manage the day to day services
    • Have overall responsibility for client satisfaction
    • Stay current on industr trends in the Signage industry

    Qualifications

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as Department Head or greater within the Signage industry, minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience with greater than 10 years’ experience preferred
    • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
    • Experience in budgeting and forecasting
    • Familiarity with business and financial principles related to this service
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Leadership ability
    • Outstanding organizational skills
    • Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field preferred but not required.
