    The Revenue Accounting Manager will provide oversight and leadership to the Operational Accounting team for assigned companies.   Responsibilities include but are not limited to billing, revenue recognition, cash applications, Inventory and collections. This position will also be responsible for reviewing and analyzing operating results and client accounts maintenance for multiple locations and companies.   Additionally, the Revenue Accounting Manager will help define and validate departmental goals for the Operations Team. 



    The position functions and duties described below may not be the only requirements of the position. It may be necessary to follow other instructions or perform other related duties required by Elior, NA.

    • Provide leadership and direction of team to ensure that team goals are met
    • Assist with the set-up of new customers and billing items
    • Ensures timely and accurate processing of information for applicable operating units, including but not limited to verification of operating results, preparation of necessary journal entries, paid commissions, and inventory adjustments
    • Ensure proper and accurate recognition of revenue in accordance with GAAP and company policies    and consistent across multiple companies.
    • Continuously challenge current practices and procedures as the business evolves to implement improvements in policy, procedures, and systems
    • Provide support to team with various issues that arise
    • Ensure documentation is consistently and continuously updated
    • Responsible for staffing and developing team
    • Assist with both internal and external audits




    • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
    • Five (5) years of relevant work and management experience is required.

    Competencies: (The following competencies describe the knowledge, skills, abilities and attributes that lead to a successful employee in this position.)   

    • Advanced experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office products
    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP or similar system is preferred
    • Strong analytical and accounting skills
    • Must have excellent oral and written communications skills
    • Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines
