    We have an excellent career opportunity for an Outside Sales Executive in our Mesa, AZ office.  We are seeking a high energy experienced sales professional, who is self- motivated, with effective communication skills (verbal/writing) and excellent prospecting skills.


    The successful applicant will be capable of working and thriving in a team environment and have a solid work ethic to join our Business Development team. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company and to be able to prospect and develop business largely in-person with over the phone prospecting and relationship management skills.


    Sales Representative Job Description:

    Our company is looking for a Sales Representative to be responsible for cultivating and closing existing leads, generating new leads and meeting sales goals through closed opportunities.  Duties will include sales presentations, relationship management as well as negotiating contract terms with potential clients. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process while also having superb interpersonal skills.  


    This role will provide a competitive competitive compensation based upon previous experience and sales success history.   We are excited to provide the right person unlimited earnings potential based upon sales performance.



    Sales Representative Responsibilities:

    • Generating leads
    • Meeting or exceeding sales goals
    • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
    • Preparing weekly and monthly reports as required
    • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
    • Coordinating sales efforts with our internal sales team
    • Understanding and promoting company programs
    • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for closed deals
    • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate sales opportunities




    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Experience in sales (minimum of 5 to 10 years)
    • Understanding of the sales process with significant experience in closing deals
    • A commitment to excellent customer service
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
    • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
